Sonu Nigam REVEALS what he is the most scared of, and it is not Bhushan Kumar

Actor-producer Vipul Roy’s chat show ‘Viral vith Vipul’ has garnered a huge response in the past few months. The show had guests from all feilds- Vivek Dahiya and Divyanka Tripathi, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee, Kiku Sharda, Terence Lewis,Tushar kapoor and Director Farhad Samjh and many more had viewers rolling in laughter. The show has finally wrapped up and in its finale episode had musician and singer Sonu Nigam along with Sanjay Chitale as guests on the show. Ask Vipul if he called Sonu Nigam due to the ongoing controversy on music mafia in showbiz, and he said, “No, I don’t feel my show’s concept was about digging controversial answers. It is a fun show and relevant during these times when people are at home and need to entertain themselves. Sonuji has a perfect sense of humour and a great comic timing too. Everyone knows how he entertains crowds during his concerts. In fact, the most funny thing that came out from the show, was his fear of Cockroaches. Sonu confessed how he is most scared of Cockroaches. Earlier, Sonu Nigam shared a video on his YouTube channel, calling out the “perceived” “Music Mafias’ in the industry, alarmingly captioning the video: “You might soon hear about suicides in the music industry,” and saying, “Sushant Singh Rajput died, an actor died. Tomorrow, you can hear the same about a singer, or a composer, or a lyrics writer. Sonu Nigam hits out at T-Series honcho Bhushan Kumar in a new video

After he recently took a dig at a Bollywood actor, without taking name, alleging power play and alleging that the music industry is run like the mafia, Sonu Nigam has now come down on T-Series chairman and MD, Bhushan Kumar. Sonu has shared a new Instagram video on Monday morning, which he captioned: “Laaton ke mafia baaton se nahi maante (you cannot reason with the uncouth mafia with words).” In the video, the singer says in Hindi: “Bhushan Kumar, ab toh tera naam lena hi padega mujhe. Aur ab tu tu ke layak hai. Tune galat admi se panga le liya (Bhushan Kumar, now I have to mention your name. And now, you deserve being addressed without respect. In a recent video posted on Instagram, Sonu Nigam had appealed to music companies (without taking names) to be a little kind towards newcomer artistes, saying otherwise more people will commit suicide. He had mentioned in his previous video that currently two companies rule the music industry. He had also claimed falling prey to power play by a Bollywood actor.

Coronavirus pandemic: Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series office sealed after employee tests positive for COVID-19

The office building of music giant and film production house T-Series, owned by Bhushan Kumar, has been sealed by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) after one caretaker tested positive for COVID-19. According to a T-Series spokesperson, there were caretakers who would work and stay at the office premises in Andheri, which is now sealed to contain the spread of Coronavirus. “Some of them are migrants who couldn’t go back. There are rooms, kitchen and all facilities for them at the office building. But one of them got tested positive for COVID-19. There are two-three people who are also getting tested, but their reports are pending. For safety reasons, the BMC has sealed the office. It was anyway shut for employees since March 15,” a spokesperson from T-Series told PTI. “Yes we also came to know about this and immediately we took the action. T-Series has followed the lockdown from day Oone as law-abiding citizens. There are some in-house security staff and helper who permanently stays in the office and due to the immediate lockdown they couldn’t travel to their hometown so they continued saying in the office premise. Unfortunately three of them developed some symptoms and were taken for the test. We as an organisation will definitely take care of them and take further necessary precautions,” the spokesperson added. Earlier, Oberoi Springs, a posh residential complex in Mumbai, which is home to celebrities like Vicky Kaushal, Rajkummar Rao and Chitrangada Singh, was also temporarily sealed after an inmate had tested positive for COVID-19 in one of the blocks. The residential area has now been de-contained. We hope the same happens for the T-Series building as well and pray that the afflicted patients makes a full recovery. On Sunday, the death toll due to COVID-19 rose to 2,109 in India, with cases climbing to 62,939.
