Butta Bomma has crossed 100 million views on YouTube but it will surprise you to know that initially, it was not part of the film. And composer S Thaman‘s requested to Allu Arjun to keep the song in the film. “However I asked Allu Arjun that we need to replace and that’s when he has made this call. Rest is all history”, said S Thaman. The song is crooned by Armaan Malik and even the singer received appreciation from all around the corners. The family entertainer created history as it entered the Rs 200 crore club (nett) at the domestic box office. The film became the first South Indian venture to achieve this feat with a Hindi dubbed version.

A spokesperson from the film’s production house, Geetha Arts, earlier said: “Every film we work on, we have faith in it. With ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo‘, our conviction was hugely rewarded. The numbers that we are seeing are great; they mean that so many people have taken time out from their lives and trusted us to entertain them.” Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film also features Murali Sharma, Tabu, Sachin Khedekar and Sushanth in key roles.
